Working principle
Channel type leakage belongs to the real leakage type leakage, the leakage element is the leakage channel of physical throttling, all gas components can be passed, generally pure gas is used, in order to obtain the required gas leakage rate, this product Cal Check – A type is positive pressure leakage, Cal Check – B type is vacuum leakage
