Working principle
The 823 adopts two air inlet channels and one gas outlet method to proportionate gas. When the tee handle is down, when MIX H2 is selected, the GAS1 and GAS H2 flow meters will start working. The high-purity air will enter from GAS1, and the standard concentration of proportional gas will enter from GAS H2 to 823, and the concentration can be adjusted by 20%-100% and the flow rate will be 0.5... 1l/min。 When the tee handle is up, when MIX L2 is selected, we can fix GAS1 to 500ml/min, turn off GASH2, adjust GASL2, and we can produce a minimum of 1% of the specific gas.
